Roger has over 25 years of capital markets experience. He held Director roles at three specialist Investor Relations firms — Cogent Communications (2005–2010), Capital Access Communications (2011–2015), and RHT Investor Relations (2015–2018) — serving over 80 SGX-listed companies across IPOs, capital raisings, and post-listing M&A. He subsequently led M&A at Brenntag Essential Asia Pacific, successfully completing an acquisition of over US$100M in value.

Kolin brings 15 years of capital markets experience spanning equity sales, corporate finance, and investor relations. He served as Head of Investor Relations at Incredible Holdings, Ntegrator International, and TOTM Technologies (2021–2023) and as a Consultant at Financial PR. Prior to Investor Relations, he was an equity sales trader at Kim Eng Securities and Deutsche Bank, giving him rare dual perspective from both sides of the market. He has managed approximately S$1.22 billion in transactions since 2016.
